3. Your Eligibility to Use the Service

5. Review and Turnaround

Once we receive a completed order, our team checks that every required field is filled in and consistent with the entry requirements published by the Home Office.

Most applications are handled within one to three business days, but turnaround can be affected by:

• the volume of applications we are handling
• how accurate and complete your information is
• technical issues
• the Home Office’s own processing times

Entry decisions are made only by the UK authorities. imm4u Ltd cannot speed up their review, influence the outcome or guarantee an approval.

6. Fees, Payment and Refunds

Every fee is shown clearly before you pay. Our service fee is charged for the guidance, verification and submission work we carry out on your behalf.

You can always avoid our service fee entirely by applying directly on GOV.UK.

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure digital wallets. When a payment goes through, a receipt is emailed to the address on your order.
